What is
Boost Talent helps young people from underrepresented groups enter the Media and Advertising industry.
We’re matching 15 mentees, from less advantaged backgrounds, with experienced people in the Media and Advertising sector and giving them the opportunity to undergo a 6-month mentorship programme.

Not in full-time education
Based anywhere in the North West of England
From a working class or less advantaged socioeconomic background

Applications are open to individuals from less advantaged socioeconomic backgrounds who are looking to kickstart their career in advertising.
You do not need previous experience in advertising to apply for the programme. Just show us your enthusiasm within your application and let us know why you want to join the programme. Career changers are warmly welcome.
